The Enigma

Amari did not choose any of this and, as far as this office can determine, did not know any of this until XRESISTANCE told him. He was not born into a family under observation, or a lab, or a legend. He was, by every account gathered before 2022, an ordinary person.

Early surveillance filed his ability as reality shifting — small, localized, easy to mistake for luck or coincidence if you weren't looking for it. Later material abandons that description entirely in favor of a word this office does not use lightly: reconstruction. Not the ability to bend a moment, but the ability to remake one — a mind, a room, potentially the underlying architecture of what is and isn't real.

He is currently classified as the strongest known Most Wanted, and the only one this organization has ever unanimously agreed to prioritize above every other objective, including each other.
