SUBJECTS // SUBJECT 007

Echo

Lyra does not appear in any Most Wanted roster this office has recovered. She appears only once, as the named authority of a colony called Echo in the future-state World Tour documents — sound, silence, and auditory distortion.

A subject cannot be assigned a colony they have not yet earned. This office has no explanation for how one was assigned to a person we cannot otherwise confirm exists.
